How are dogs grouped in daycare?Dogs are grouped based on their size, age, and activity level to ensure they are comfortable and safe. This helps to prevent smaller or less active dogs from being overwhelmed by larger or more energetic dogs.

What is the staff-to-dog ratio in the daycare?At Pawlina, we have one human for every eight dogs, so your dog will get the attention it needs

What type of play and activities are provided?Activities can include structured play sessions, socialisation, training games, and outdoor walks. The goal is to keep the dogs mentally and physically stimulated throughout the day and have chill time.

What is the procedure if there’s a medical emergency?In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact a veterinarian immediately and inform you as soon as possible.

Will my dog have indoor/outdoor access?Although our ground-floor haven does not have a big garden, every dog will have the opportunity to go on safe walks. We will go to closed-off areas, forests, and parks.

Can you do a dog trim?Although we only do basic grooming, If your pup needs a trim we are happy to take our regular clients to their groomer while in our care.

What payment methods do you accept?Currently, we accept payments via bank transfer monthly, alternatively, you can easily pay during pick-up or drop-off times with the scanner. After you book a service, we will send you an invoice with the payment details. We are working on setting up an online payment system for your convenience in the future.

What are the drop-off and pick-up times?Daycare drop off & pick up: 9:00 - 10:30 & 16:30 - 17:45 Taxi drop off & pick up times: 8:30 - 9:30 & 17:15 - 18:30 While we are expanding, times may change, but we can discuss your schedule before your dog joins.

What sizes of dogs do you accept?Small & medium.

What if my dog has special needs or requires medication?Please inform us of any special needs or medications during the booking process. We are happy to accommodate your dog's requirements to the best of our ability.
